Wuerde u.U. auch ein BlackTicket zurueckgeben, auch wenn's "billigere" passende Tickets gibt!

Naja, vllt is die method ja nicht fuer AI oder GUI gedacht! Sondern nur fuer Tests und getNextBestMove. Dann waers egal, und sollte nur entsprechend kommentiert werden!
