This happens with Markarth and Riften as well, Player cannot leave area (not issue cause player can just walk out by either jumping over the barriers or opening the doors) But followers and other troops cannot as such this occurs
I Put ALL troop mults (for both offence and defence for both sides) on MAX then lost the exterior Phase (not intentionally i had an op follower that accidently caused alduins meteor shower and destroyed the barrier) basically after that the interior fight
IT WENT ON FOREVER like how many have to die before the win condition is triggered? after like 20 minutes of the most epic and action packed battle i have ever experienced in this game i used the mcm to force win the siege which worked however when i went to speak to Tulius, Ulfric and Galmar decided to talk to Tulius (they haven't seen each other in a while) when they entered castle dour they started fighting and haven't stopped, the only thing that stopped them was triggering Season Unending or teleporting Ulfric and Galmar out of the room.
