Why was this closed? The description has not changed.

There was still some weirdness with this particular but it should have been fixed in the latest update. It now does what it says.

Also, Issue 63 evolved a bit. The first issue was showing text for a vanilla enchantment that didn't apply. It got changed to custom text but the custom text had grammar issues. That's the problem that persists.
