Hide additional documents in case view #18

Hide additional documents in case view if a named anchor is specified in the URL.

E.g. http://newsalem.scholarslab.org/n13.html#n13.2 should hide all n13 documents other than n13.2.

Add an include in the top of the case number with "Show entire case file" link that is hidden by default, but made visible if a named anchor is specified.

2ed940d6..863b8f97 Added "View entire case file" link at the top of the case page. The logic to hide the other documents should probably also hide the public-info-block div, since that's per-case.
