The format we discussed was a section for the day of schedule, explicitly differentiating pre-work from homework, etc.

@jeremyboggs pull this branch down and see what you think? I took a first pass at restructuring all the non-technical tracks to make them more consistent, separate schedule from pre/postwork/readings, and things like that. I'm still not sure I want to fully ditch the time parameters within each session, but I at least ditched the specific times in favor of "first hour / second hour" which should also streamline things.
