Export Data Function #312

Same Facebook user in last issue says his students were interested in being able to export the data. Best I can recall, such a thing is possible if we dig into heroku and the databases. But it would be nice if users could have a way to perform such a thing easily on the prisms that they own. Another button on the MyPrisms page?

Another request for having a function to export your highlights, this time specifically for your personal highlights. Question would be whether it should be saved as a particular format - JSON - or simply a view in the UI as it currently exists.
