Make sure /master changes all get pulled into realignment branch #1018

Various changes made just to master branch, since start of realignment branch, need pulling into realignment (without overwriting things we don't want in alignment, e.g. page names that have changed, post metadata?)

manually added all missing blog posts (and fixed cats/tags)
added @walshbr 3 upcoming digital pedagogy events, 1 fellowship info session upcoming event; & made match new events template (removed slug field, change "location" to "zoom", added rsvp field with registration link
removed fake events in /realignment (now have 4 real events, so enough for testing purposes)
