Embed non-interactive CR use calendar into website #1120

Amanda pushed completed (excepting two tests below) work to #1120-embed-cr-cal, and emailed Jeremy and Laura 10/4 for feedback. Waiting to hear from both before doing final tests.

Did an IT ticket; Jack thinks cannot be done without interactivity (which we don't want, i.e. letting anyone make a reservation) via LibCal
Did an iCal version, subscribed to that with a Gcal, embedded the Gcal
Set up slabcommonroom@gmail.com to manage this Gcal (scholarslab@gmail.com is in use for makerspace student scheduling and has student access)

Need to test:

does it update when we edit an existing item in LibCal?
when we add a new item in LibCal?
how fast does it update?
does it require a site rebuild to update, or is it a live (JS pull?) embed?
Does it expose any info we don't want the public to see?
Does it disallow reservations?

In the 'new-to-me' category, if you wish to checkout a branch locally that starts with a special character, you have to first escape it, so e.g. git checkout \#1120-embed-cr-cal. (Note the \ before the #.)
