Description: Provide both interactive and non-interactive versions of the reports, with the ability to toggle between them. The non-interactive version should use PNG images for plots to facilitate PDF generation.

Tasks:

Implement a toggle between interactive and non-interactive report versions.
Ensure that non-interactive reports use PNG images instead of HTML elements.
Test the functionality to switch between versions and generate PDFs.
Document the differences between the versions and how to use them.
