The current filter logic and available annotations (e.g., from SnpEff) are not well documented. Comprehensive documentation would help users understand and customize the filtering process more effectively.

Tasks:

Document the existing filter logic in the README or a separate documentation file.
List all available annotations and their possible values, with examples.
