Develop a script that generates screenshots of the alignment of the variants in the IGV browser. This will aid in the visual validation of the filtering results.

Acceptance Criteria:

Create a script to generate IGV screenshots for specified variants.
Ensure the script is configurable for different IGV settings.
Update the README with instructions on how to use the new script.

The script should be able to take multiple BAM files including Tumor, Normal, and Controls.
