ectocore: Setting to change the clock output to be either a gate (current behaviour) or a fixed duration trigger (to match the Trig output)

Just a nice feature to make it so that the clock output can be configured to spit out a trigger instead. Would be extremely useful for slower divisions as some folks may want only a small pulse if driving a percussive envelope, as some envelopes will always hold/sustain on a gate high.
