Published pages without /read #122

Can published pages be accessed without being redirected to /read?

Like https://example.com/page for the published page (read mode) https://example.com/page/view for viewing markdown code And https://example.com/page/edit for editing

This would be appropriate when the user runs cowyo solely as a wiki so that it gives pretty URLs

That sounds nice. I'll have to think about the implementation because a lot of the logic will have to be moved
