Having Trouble in login #105

When i log in with the family name, it starts a download of a file with extension .gz which i am not able to open and not the page with the dashboard.

Hi,

The family name is gecad and it redirects to https://cloud.internalpositioning.com/view/dashboard/gecad. With this URL it is started a download of gecad.gz

What did you use to submit fingerprints - the app, the command line tool, or something else?

I used the app FIND3 Scanner in a Huawei P8 2017

In the meantime can you try making a new database (new family name) and try learning again? I'd like to know if this is reproducible.

Hi,

I changed the family name to "pesta", but the same problem keeps happening (it downloads a file named pesta.gz). Is it possible to be a compatibility problem on the device which i am doing the scanning?

I tested the first version of FIND, and it works without problems.

The cloud server will restart in about an hour, try it again then and see if it works. Seems to be working now: gecad dashboard

Hello, I encounter a similar problem after I pulled your new code.

In my case, the server cannot produce the corresponding .find3.ai file with the family name contains '-' (my project's family name is 'exp-d')

I don't think its a problem with your family name "exp-d" it must be something else.

It results the error "unable to locate image for 'p8' for 'gecadpesta' ".

There is an option on FIND3 web interface with location analysis. But the problem is I am having trouble to get these graphs from the Website ( https://cloud.internalpositioning.com/view/analysis/gecadpesta1). I need them to a college Work.
