Pitch bend

• Parameter for pitch bend range
• Pitch bend seems to work reasonably well for everything except one of the piano synths, which would sound weird with it anyway
• Not MPE yet so no slowly modulating chords by bending one note in them more's the pity.

one question - since I don't have a pitch bend on anything - is there a specific CC for the pitch bend? I will add it to the midi inputs

No, MIDI pitch bend has its own message type, and double the precision of a CC.
