Registration -Last Name/System skips user with invalid number of characters 26 Eng- "mnbvcxzqwertyuiopasdfghjkl" in the input field #301

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open https://sandbox.qax-camp.com.ua/register/
  2. In the "Last Name" field, enter 26 Eng- "mnbvcxzqwertyuiopasdfghjkf" character
  3. Click the "Registration" button
  4. Observe the result

Actual result: The system skips a username with an invalid number of characters in the input field.

Expected result: The system does not skip a username with an invalid number of characters in the input field.

Environment: Windows 10 Google Chrome v. 119.0.6045.200, (64 bit)
