в этом очень важный ньюанс: где бы ни был найдет баг (а линка в нем это именно где он был найден), проверять надо всегда на тесте, кроме случая, когда вам явно не сказали иначе

и "другого" продакшена не существует. он всегда один. а вот тестовых сред может быть много. важно проверить на текущем тесте
