Steps of reproducing

  1. Open https://t.qax-camp.com.ua/
  2. Pay attention to the Toolbar

Actual Result Toolbar type is "mobile"

Expected Result Toolbar type is "desktop"

Additional information DevTools screen size is 768 by 1024 pixels

After discussion with the @scholokov , this error was determined to be "correct program behavior" and is no longer a bug. Instead, a bug report will be created as "toolbar" design bug
