Hi there, I am a huge fan of open gaming and Victoria 2.

I don't know whether this project is still active, but on the off chance it is --- Brilliant. Well done. You are amazing. Have a cookie.

Also, I was able to locate some of the data you're looking for on historical population, productivity, domestic product, employment, and price indexes from 1820.

The single and three page pdf printouts are from Angus Maddison's Contours of the World Economy. All the other files should have source information within them.

Let me know if there is anything else you specifically need. I currently have access to some of the world's best libraries and databases through my academic institution, but will be losing this soon.

Really grateful for the hard work you've put into this project, and hope you're still committed to it.

All the best, thewonderfulwizard

Thanks for the contribution; its a good collection of information and exactly the sort of stuff I am looking for. I am taking a break from the project at the moment, but this will be useful if/when I get back to it. I also know that there are a few other people working on similar projects who may be able to use this information. Also, while copies of the articles certainly make my life easier, but a citation is usually good enough for me, if you want to stay out of copyright gray areas.

Happy to help! And yeah I'm not sure if CR will be a huge issue, but you might want to download these articles now and delete this post after.

Hi!

I was wondering if you are aware of online database by Thomas Piketty which contains abundance of tables, figures and spreadsheets regarding demographics and economics in XIX century. Anyway, you have it here: http://piketty.pse.ens.fr/en/capital21c2

All the best, GF.

PS I've got an access to many academic databases including JSTOR, EBSCO, BREPOLiS etc. So if you are interested in some specific title but can't reach it, write it down below I will try to provide it.
