I had been using FireFox 89.0.1 and added this popup-blocker and later noticed that when I was at "https://voice.google.com", my previous messages were not showing up on the web page. I closed firefox and then opened it up again in the "Safe Mode" (no addons) and Google Voice was working again. So, I then closed firefox and opened it up normally and narrowed the "addon" to this popup-blocker and when I disabled just this addon then Google Voice worked like it normally should.
