I've been using this extension for a month, it's great, just I don't know how to enable specific hostname while globally disabled?

I don't get it either. The "blacklist" field tells to right click the icon and add the domain. But that doesn't do anything. I'm not sure why blacklist was deprecated but this new solution seems way more convoluted, if it even works.

Please explain how to use this.
