Is a link to (text: drei mögliche Routen ... three possible ... ): https://www.bbk.bund.de/SharedDocs/Downloads/DE/Krisenmanagement/Weltraum/bodenspuren-karte_download.pdf?__blob=publicationFile&v=5
If i open such a link, a notification opens: "The Link is opening to a external website .. OK ... DENY" (written in german)
In this situation the "popup-blocker" notification is blured based on the website css and nearly invisible!
Workaround for me: whitelist
