Installed OpenNI Windows 7; Camera not connected #52

Hello,

I installed OpenNI on my laptop running Windows 7, using the instructions
provided in the book "Making Things See". Whenever I tried running the example
DepthImage program in Processing, I receive an error saying that my "maybe 'my'
camera isn't connected!" When I look at my device manager under PrimeSense, I
see listed: kinect audio, and kinect motor, but no "kinect camera"! Why isn't
the camera connected?

Screenshot of my device manager:

I have the same problem with my Ubuntu. Have you figured it out? I will try and
post when/if I do.
