this is also experimental, we should just have one list of things we might do but aren't sure about instead of lots of stories, because we have a ton of these and they aren't set in stone

so, one issue with all the maybe's or is there a better place for them?

Not even sure if we need issues for the 'tweak gameplay' stuff, because the overhead for tracker is great

maybe we should have a list of ideas? but even then, I feel like the process for this should be more fluid
