resize irrigation zone #13

Irrigation Sprinkers should have the same effective zone size as sun lamps: "Gotta say, the growth water sprinklers are a really inconvenient size. They're one square less radius than a sun lamp, so unless you sacrifice the edges you're wasting a lot of water and components getting full coverage. Not an issue if you're farming outside, yes, but still a real problem if you're underground."

Unclear what actually should be achieved with this. Sun lamp and sprinkler can't be in the same square.
