Any chance this can be updated? #2

This looks really handy, but the ISO list has been updated sine this was published to NuGet according to Wikipedia.

Any chance it can be updated?

The list has been updated accordingly (two country name changes) in commit 1c1f7aa0.

The NuGet package is also updated, now version 1.0.1.
