Change name of U+076D for accuracy #27

The Unicode name of U+076D is ARABIC LETTER SEEN WITH TWO DOTS VERTICALLY ABOVE which matches what is in description attribute for this glyph in GlyphData.xml. The representative glyph in the Unicode charts is: image

However the glyph name currently used in GlyphData.xml is seenTwodotshorizontalabove-ar suggesting the dots should be horizontally aligned, which is misleading.

This PR changes the glyph name to seenTwodotsverticalabove-ar.
