Sitemap should support case folding for servers that are likely case insensitive #26

For servers that are process requests case insensitively (e.g., IIS), the 
sitemap will display multiple folder paths if the request differs in case.

The sitemap should support the option of folding case so these are displayed 
without regard to case.
