Reduce resolution of sat events that are far in the future #33

When AOS/LOS/etc is < 1h:
- "[m]:[ss]"
- e.g. 1:23
Else, when event is < 1d:
- "[h]:[mm]h"
- e.g. 1:23h
Else:
- "[d] [h]:[mm]h"
- e.g. 1d 2:34h
