NotImplementedError: compile with --glut error!!!! #279

Hi, during the execution of pymol, I get the below error. what's the cause and how can I resolve this?

Does your conda environment have pyqt?

I have the same problem with you. Have you solved it?

Actually，my first problem is "This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. Available platform plugins are: eglfs, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, vnc, webgl, xcb."

But when I did something, the problem became "compile with --glut error!"

I had the same problem. try pip install PyQt5
