Update frag/xp system #34

  1. Give out experience equitably
    • The radius for giving xp is too small (~8 ft)
    • Players in range sometimes don't get the same experience as others
  2. Make frags (shown in scoreboard) reflect how well the player is doing. Either:
    • a) Come up with a new score system
    • b) Show player skill levels
