If opposing creeps are left alone (no nearby human player) for 1-2 minutes, they sometimes get stuck on each other, creating a pile-up of creeps. Only when a human gets near them again do they resume fighting (creating a massive battle for 10 seconds). This is very noticeable now that the show-all creep minimap is working.
This most often happens on the side lanes near the stairs.
I don't know how big of an issue this is given that each lane will typically have at least one human present near the action.
