HyperNEATConvolution3ProcessingRaw batch file running hybrID? #398

This batch file (and maybe others?) are switching over to using hybrID at gen 200, even though they are not configured to do this. I guess the hybrID switch condition is faulty?

HybrID was turned on by default ... nothing wrong with batch file.
