KinematicCharacterController bugs

Just gonna write them down here so I don't forget them.

Try the controller here and see if you can find more bugs.

• Holding down jump button works, for a few jumps. Then is stops continuously jumping.
• jumping just before landing creates a delay before it actually jumps (sometimes)
• Landing on the pillar to the right doesn't always let me jump.
• Doesn't work on slightly old Safari versions (?)
