add Ubuntu 24.04 #14

add Ubuntu 24.04 as a possible option. Tested the creation of a new working HyperV machine with the option.

I can of course create 2 separate pull requests if you like.

I noticed there is another PR for Ubuntu 24.04 which does basically do the same as my patch. Please integrate that one. I can then make a PR to fix the harddisk size issue.
