CI command issues #18

I have downloaded this project and made a slight change based on the other issue on this project to attempt to fix the URL decryption issue. I have made the change(s) and am attempting to run the _CI commands to test, lint and build everything. When trying to run any of the _CI/script commands I run into and error in the installation of the dependencies outlined in the Pipfile.lock file. Please reference the attached file for the output from _test.

Sadly those scripts are a remnant of a time long ago and need revamping... I am sorry that you had trouble with it, could you please make an MR with your changes and I can try to have a look during the upcoming weekend to see if I can fix the dependency issue with minimal fuzz and get it released?
