Manage LSP Build Process / Editor start-up #35

When starting Custom-MADE the corresponding git-repository with all the language projects will only pulled by the time, the editor is opened up. It should be revised to make the LSP build chain work as follows:

[x] with starting the tool, all available language projects should be built right away
[ ] #37

@rrcomtech This is somewhat related to the LSP Server Termination (#14)

As far as I remember the code (experience you could say):

the LSP build process is started as soon as the LSP Repository is used to retrieve an active LSP instance. Thus, based on lazy loading, the build script is started only by then.

I think it shouldn't be too hard to revise that.

Thinking about it, one could say that properly solving this issue, will also solve #14.
