Zotero search bar #1

I installed this yesterday on a windows machine and it worked perfectly, unfortunately today when I envoke the Zotero search bar via /better Zotero, the search bar appears and I can type in it, but it is unresponsive - no search results appear. I also installed it on another linux-based machine, and have observed inconistent behavior from the search bar which can be resolved with restarting logseq. Any ideas why that might be?

Do you get the Error-Message in the top right corner: "Can't fetch data from provided Path"? If so make sure to provide the Path to your BetterBibTeX JSON file in the settings of the Plugin. Without that the Plugin can't function (see also all the Installation-Steps in the Readme). The Plugin is only developed and tested on Windows. It only uses standard Web-Technologies inside the Electron-Program that Logseq is. So different operating systems shouldn't be an issue. I couldn't reproduce your error on Windows. Are you able to provide more context on when the issue appears, so that I can look into it?

No it does not produce that error message (I have seen that too, when it has not been configured correctly). I am not sure what more context I can provide unfortunately, the pop up Zotero search just does not populate as I search, it is odd, particularly as it seemed to work fine when I inititally tested it yesterday. Here is an example from my linux box, where the Zotero drop down is 'stuck' - I think the proper behaviour is for is to reduce the items in the menu as you remove characters from the search box - furthermore, when I invoke the search it already has those papers populated in it, the only way to reset is to reload the plugin
