Make generated view classes extend model class #40

Currently, view classes implement the model class. This is annoying when defining methods on the model class (such as toJson) as the implementation is not inherited.

As mentioned in #41 this is likely to change in the future. Please add some context for your use-case so it is documented and I can keep this in mind when working on this again.
