PR for #42 and #32 This PR adds support for the Ruby programming language. This also introduces the following breaking changes:

New directory layout in ~/.avm
- Every language now has a subfolder
Every command now needs to have the corresponding language included avm ls ruby, avm use node 4.2.0

Ruby versions are installed from source only right now. There's also no support for system Ruby yet as well as support for autoselect
