Details of how to do the prediction on dataset A1\2\3. #2

Hi, I read and try the prediction task code, but the code cannot run on dataset A which download from the FASTGENOMICS. Are there any other preprocessing steps on this dataset?

Hi, which code do you mean exactly? There were no other preprocessing steps done to the data.

Datasets A1-A3 are meta-datasets created from publicly available datasets. They have been published before here, where the included studies and the preprocessing is described: https://www.cell.com/iscience/pdf/S2589-0042(19)30525-5.pdf (Dataset 1 from this paper is dataset A1 in the swarm learning paper, dataset 2 is dataset A2 and dataset 3 is dataset A3).
