racket-irc-based prlbot dies when issued the `tell` command #12

Not sure what the problem was, but it's gone. *\ prlbot (~luser @ syrah.ccs.neu.edu) has quit: Remote host closed the connection < stamourv > Err. < stamourv > I guess prlbot decided to go look for mcgrathj offline. < asumu > You killed it! < asumu > (I got an arity mismatch from pm in irc-process-line.rkt)

This was a bug in rudybot, not in racket-irc. In any case, it's fixed in my latest branch of rudybot.
