ping @bioinfornatics I am banging my head against the wall on this. I can't figure out why meson build cannot work with travis CI. Do you have any ideas?

Note that the adjustment to install ninja-build using pip was based on some things I read online. The original didn't work either.

OK, I figured it out, @bioinfornatics, just needed to learn how this travis script works lol.
