Incorrect language switching #1570

  4. 0.7.43 (198) | Have tried 0.7.42 (197)

Description of the issue

When you open the configuration file in Chinese for the first time, it will be automatically switched to English when you re-open it and cannot be switched again The system is the language environment of Chinese
