Keep on getting "Connection reset, restarting [-1]" message and its can't connect #423

Hi, I am using a third party VPN service provided by GoTrusted.com. They have a specific instruction on how to use OpenVPN client to connect to their server, as shown in here:

I tried, two things very puzzling:

  1. If I use the mobile phone 4G network to connect, after many many tries, I may get lucky and get connected;
  2. If I use a wifi router to connect, no luck at all.

Connection reset means that a TCP connection is being reset. That means that either your VPN provider or some network elememt in between rests the connection. Check with your VPN provider or try using a different network (e.g. mobile)
