Fixed Sum aggregator Dimension #5

The current Implementation of the Sum aggregator does not work, as the dimension of rewards and weights are not properly aligned. This fixes this

Thanks @JanoschMenke! This was fixed in another codebase version which I forgot to add to this repo. Just to match that version, could you change it rewards.T?
