consolidate input files BERGSTATION/soundfiles

There are two folders /phone and /funk, with what it looks like input files, but with different encoding (they have different sizes.

The folder /funk is missing files (why?)
There should be only one folder. Encoding conversion should be done on the fly to avoid redundance
The file 0.mus.wav is the same as 1.mus.wav ?
