Need a way to specify attributes to exclude/include in creation #24

xar now archives too much information about files, and can result in 
information leakage for 
inattentive archivers.  There should be a way to specify which attributes to 
exclude, or a mode that 
defaults to nothing (basically not archiving the file), and specifies what to 
include.

In this case 'attributes' mean every property of the "file" tag in the toc, 
including atime, mtime, 
individual EAs, ACLs, etc.
