xar should use strmode(3) in xar_get_mode() #30

xar should use strmode(3) in xar_get_mode().  strmode() is not available on
linux or many other platforms, but it is available on Mac OS X and FreeBSD.
 For systems that don't have strmode(), a local version should be packaged
like asprintf().
