Bug in documentation TOC #54

The documentation TOC does not correctly list the ixar_subdoc_copyout API. It 
lacks the ** for the buf argument.

It would appear all the *'s where there, the google wiki was just eating them. 
Appropriate escaping has been added, and all the *'s should be in the API TOC 
now.
